Cut wings into wing/ drumettes sections if not already separated.
Pat wings dry with a paper towel
Mix together all spices and seasonings in a large stainless steel bowl.
Add chicken wing sections to spice mix and toss to coat well.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least half an hour. (Overnight is best if you can plan ahead)
After time has lapsed for the chicken to marinate, remove it from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. (About 30 minutes.)
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees (or follow your specific model's instructions for raw chicken wings.)
When the air fryer is preheated, spray the inside generously with the avocado oil spray.
Add a single layer of chicken wings to air fyer basket. Don't let the wings touch. Work in batches if neccessary. (Depending on size of air fryer.)
Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking. Make sure to cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Carefully remove chicken wings from the air fyer basket to a serving dish. Continue cooking the rest of the chicken wings in batches in the same way.
Enjoy the dry rubbed chicken wings while warm with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing or hot sauce if you desire some extra kick.
