- In a medium sized saucepan, heat the chai concentrate and apple cider/ apple juice till they are hot.1/2 cup chai tea concentrate 1/3 cup apple cider or apple juice
- While those heat up, warm and steam your milk. 1/3 cup whole milk or plant-based milk of your choice
- Use a frother to froth your milk or plant-based milk alternative.
- Pour the hot liquid mixture from the saucepan into a mug.
- Then add the foamy milk into the mug.
- You can stop there and just sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top of the milk foam.
- Alternatively, take it up a notch and finish with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle on top! Optional: Whipped cream and caramel sauce
