Pink Party Punch

This naturally pink punch is perfect for any special occasion! Made with pink lemonade, pink cranberry juice, lemon-lime soda, and fresh strawberry puree, it’s sweet, fizzy, and free of artificial dyes. Add pineapple juice or top with raspberry sorbet for extra flavor and a fun, festive touch. Easy to make and loved by all ages!

  • Large Punch Bowl or Large Pitcher
  • Blender or potato masher for pureeing the strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 64 ounce Pink Lemonade or Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 64 ounce Pink Cranberry Juice
  • 2 liters Lemon Lime Soda or ginger ale
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries or about 2 cups thawed, previously frozen
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Optional Ingredients for Added Flavor or Garnish

  • Extra strawberries or raspberries for garnish
  • Rimming Sugar

Instructions

  • Make sure the juices and soda are chilled before starting.
  • Prepare the fresh fruit by washing and slicing the strawberries into a medium-sized bowl with a flat bottom (if mashing). 2 pounds fresh strawberries
  • If using frozen strawberries, ensure they are fully thawed.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar over the strawberries, stir to combine, and set aside. 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pour the chilled juices and soda into a large punch bowl. 1 64 ounce Pink Lemonade 1 64 ounce Pink Cranberry Juice 2 liters Lemon Lime Soda
  • Puree the strawberries by either mashing them with a potato masher or blending them with 1/2 cup of the mixed punch in a blender.
  • Mash or blend the strawberries until they are finely pureed with minimal chunks.
  • Add the pureed strawberries to the punch mixture and stir to combine.

Notes

Optional Ingredients for Added Flavor to the Pink Punch:
    • Fresh Fruit: Slice additional strawberries into heart shapes or add raspberries for a beautiful garnish to top of your punch.
    • Pineapple Juice: If you’d like to enhance the sweetness naturally, add 46 ounces of pineapple juice to the mix.
    • Raspberry Sorbet: This adds sweetness and a fun, frothy top to the punch, making it even more festive, but won't be dairy free. 
    • Alcohol: For an adult twist, try adding sparkling rosé or champagne to create a delightful pink champagne punch.
